Policies

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am.

Each room accommodates two guests only. A minimum of two nights is required on weekends 

All accommodations are smoke-free. If smoking occurs indoors there will be a minimum cleaning charge of $250. We are unable to accommodate children or pets. No pets.

A deposit equal to a one-night stay. Acceptable payments: credit/debit cards and cash.

Cancellation Policy: We are a small, privately owned business and cancellations impact us significantly. No refund if canceled in less than three days. 50% refund if canceled in less than 14 days.

Damages: A replacement fee will be charged if any items are missing or damaged.
